7 Components of a Super Productive Day

Quick question. 

How important is it for you to conquer your day and be uber productive?

Whether you’re a career professional, a student, a mom or an entrepreneur, planning your day is the way to get stuff done. 

I think it’s especially important for women because our energy flows on a cycle and when we don’t manage it properly it is so easy for things to spiral out of control. 

And guess what happens when things start spiraling out of control? You start seeking convenience and spending money. 

People think working towards financial freedom is all about the numbers, when in reality, it’s also about the life behind those numbers. 

And when you forget to plan your life, your budget won’t work.

So, once you get your budget together (if you don’t have one grab it here) this article will help you master your day, be productive, and create the life of your dreams. Because honestly, that’s exactly what you deserve. 

Part 1: Set Your Focus

One of the first parts of the Six-Figure Day Planner is all about setting your focus for the day.

When you have so much on your plate it can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and your mind is cluttered with all of it.

But, when you give yourself something to focus on, you become the architect of your life. Instead of being distracted by everything that comes your way, you’re clear about what matters and what can wait.

Focus is the key to clarity and productivity. And when you’re a leader, a power player, and a trail blazer, it is essential to life.

Part 2: Prioritize Your Well-Being

The second part of the planner gives you the space to prioritize two of the most critical and overlooked components of your well-being.

First, you need to drink about 8 glasses of water a day. 

You know this!! Being hydrated significantly impacts your energy levels and brain function. Not to mention the glowing skin! 

Second, take your vitamins! 

Personally, my energy is very much tied to my cycle and if I don’t keep up with Iron and B vitamins I won’t have enough energy to be get things done. 

Finally, don’t forget to exercise. Whether you’re doing a 30 minute walk or a full body workout, your body needs to move. It was made to move, not sit at a computer all day. 

There is simply no way around this. 

No water. No vitamins. No movement. No energy. 

It’s as simple as that. 

Part 3: Plan Your Meals

Do I even have to say it? 

Planning your meals is part of the Conquer Your Day Planner because it protects your health and your wealth. 

You’re walking around at 3pm wondering why you feel so sluggish and you haven’t had a single nutrient since your day started!! 

So make sure you eat by any means necessary. This may mean pre-planning meals, having healthy snacks on hand, or simply having a smoothie to hold you over. But your body needs to be nourished.

And while ordering on Ubereats and Grubhub, I recommend keeping this to a minimum if it’s a huge hit to your budget. 

Sometimes, dining out is necessary for peace of mind and to ensure everything gets done.Some days, I have so much going on that I need to be able to have someone take that off my plate. But, use the day planner to help you prepare in advance.

Part 4: The To-do list

Now we’re getting down to the action!

When it comes to your to-do list I recommend starting with the 3 most important things you want to accomplish. And if you’re a business owner you can go ahead and add your top 3 revenue generating activities. 

Revenue generating activities helps to make sure that you focus in on the tasks that are making you money every single day. 

And your to-do list is to help you focus on getting the most important things done every single day.

If you do these two things, it’s impossible for you not to move forward with velocity.  

Part 5: Plan Your Time

So.. if you’re the type that likes to plan your time, I’ve included a daily schedule for morning birds and night owls. Choose which one works for you. 

Personally, I don’t like to plan my time. I prefer flex time so I included that as an option as well. You can use the flex space to write notes, journal, doodle, or do whatever allows you to be more productive. 

Part 6: Rule the World w/ Affirmations

I always tell people that with the right affirmation, you can rule the world. 

Instead of choosing an affirmation to put in that space for you, I want you to decide what you think is most suited for your current mindset. 

Create an affirmation that propels your day forward.

Part 7: Rate Your Day

I love rating my performance. 

It gives me an opportunity to reflect on what I’ve been doing and what I haven’t been doing. It gives me an opportunity to reflect on what’s been missing from my actions. 

When you rate your day you get an opportunity to take inventory of where you are right now and create a new commitment to where you’d like to be. 

So... with that being said...
