What it sounds like
Designing your life is a lot of small, sure decisions.
Not a big overhaul. Just a few things you get to say out loud, and then lean on.
"From now on, I'm slowing Mondays down."
☀️ Rhythm of the week
"I'm going to try and keep meetings to Tuesdays and Thursdays."
☀️ Rhythm of the week
"I think I want to do self-care during the last week of the month."
📅 Weekly flow
"My Sunday resets are in full effect."
🌿 Curated routines
You probably don't need more discipline.
You might just need a better design.
Most planners
Ask you to decide what needs to happen every day.
This system
Asks you to consider what type of flow works for you, first.
What should each week be for?
What should Mondays feel like?
What happens every morning?
Every evening?
Every Sunday?
Then instead of constantly making decisions for each, you have a rhythm to lean into.
You don't have to figure out your life every day.
You can design it.
The Day Design System
Design the parts that shape your life.
01
The Weekly Flow: give your weeks a purpose
Not every week of the month needs to look the same. Decide what each week is for so you can organize your responsibilities around a rhythm that makes sense. Week 1 might be for planning and preparing. Week 2 for deep work. Week 3 for meetings and appointments. Week 4 for reviewing and resetting.
02
The Rhythm of the Week: give each day its own rhythm
You can't plan a Monday like a Friday. Decide what different days are for and how you want them to feel. Monday might be your fresh start. Tuesday through Thursday might be for getting things done. Friday might be for wrapping things up. Your weekend gets to actually feel like a weekend.
03
Curated Routines: create routines that help you flow through your day
Design the routines that carry you through the natural transitions of your day: from waking up, to getting into work mode, to resetting in the afternoon, to winding down at night. Instead of constantly deciding what happens next, you have a rhythm to return to.
There is nothing more powerful than planning your days... and practicing them.
You've designed your weeks. You've designed your days. You've designed your routines. Now you practice.
Your Day Designer brings the entire system into today. Practice the routines you created. Follow the rhythm you designed. Notice what works. Change what doesn't. Then wake up tomorrow and practice again.

Why I created the Day Designer
How come nobody told me grief could lay you out like this?
There have been seasons of my life when I was ambitious, capable, full of ideas... and still could barely get myself through the day.
Grief will do that to you.
Suddenly, the routines you never thought about disappear. The things you used to do automatically require effort. And a whole day can feel impossibly big.
I didn't need someone to tell me to be more disciplined.
I needed somewhere to begin.
So I started designing my days. Not perfect days. Not hyper-productive days. Days I could actually live.
I decided what mornings needed to look like. What I could expect from myself in the afternoon. What needed to happen at night so tomorrow would be a little easier.
And then I practiced. Again. And again. And again.
The Day Design System helped me reclaim my life at one of my lowest moments. That's why I believe there is something incredibly powerful about intentionally planning a day... and then practicing it. Because eventually you're not just practicing a routine. You're practicing your way back into your life.
Design a day worth practicing.
