Client Acquisition: 

We are looking for sales representatives who are skilled at having authentic and powerful conversations with people. Our sales reps know that getting the sale is about listening to potential clients, getting where they are, and sharing how our products and services can support them in getting to where they want to be. We provide the leads, however you get paid more when you can contribute leads as well. 

This position is a good fit for people who:

  • enjoy having conversations.
  • tells it like it is. 
  • are not afraid to stand for the sale and ASK for the sale.
  • Are very confident in themselves, their abilities, and what they bring to the table. 
  • Believes in our products and services

What does a sales representative do? 

You will be responsible for having 30 minute discovery calls with potential clients, sharing our company promise and offering them our flagship Wealth Systems Program. 

Requirements and responsibilities: 

  • Present, promote, and sell our products by connecting client needs to our company promise. 
  • You MUST have availability for 3 five hour blocks of time open for scheduling per week, but you are only required to actually schedule 10 calls per week. (5 hours) Some exceptions may apply. 
  • Scheduling is flexible. You can schedule your availability on weekdays and weekends between 8am and 8pm. 
  • Understand company culture and program offerings.
  • Be open to continued learning and development.
  • One 30 minute touch base call every week. 
  • 5 hours of unpaid training to get you set up. 
  • Have a self motivated personality, excellent communication, and high confidence. 

Compensation:

Commission: $50 per sale 

Example Pay:

20 calls/wk with a 50% close rate= $2000/mo for 40 hours of work per month. 

Business  Development:

At Godesté, our mission is to help women and all working professionals take control of their finances so that they never have to worry about money again. 

Our path to new clients is clear- We offer free consultations to qualifying leads who will benefit from having a straight and insightful conversation about their next best money moves. 

In order to grow, we look to partner with organizations, businesses, and other entities that gain leverage from offering free financial consultations to their community. 

Our sales and partnership training is among the best in the country and will allow you to develop and master a sought after and profitable skill.  

As one of our business development specialists, you are tasked with one of the most important roles of the company: to create new business partnerships and opportunities that increase company sales.

Specifically, you will be responsible for getting a minimum of 20 free financial discovery sessions on the calendar per week. 

This position is a good fit for people who:

  • Enjoys building things from the ground up.

Compensation:

Commission: $50 per sale 

Example Pay:

20 appts/wk with a 50% close rate= $2000/mo for about 30 hours of work per month.

 

Affiliate Partner:

We are looking for affiliate partners who are either business owners or social influencers whose target audience intersect with our target demographic. (Ambitious people who are interested in quickly and easily increasing their net worth. Usually black women. Not always)

Our affiliate partners know what we do and believe in it. When they share our products and/or services with their network, they understand that it is a game changing opportunity to help them improve their finances and change their lives. 

This position is a good fit for companies/people who:

  • are active on social media
  • are social butterflies
  • know how to get people interested in something
  • Believe in our products and services and can share them effortlessly

What does an affiliate partner do? 

You will be responsible for sharing our products and services with your community in an authentic and on-brand way.  This could be through social media, email, or word of mouth.

Requirements and responsibilities: 

  • Share, share, and share some more!

Compensation:

$25/sale

Example 1: recommend 4 people in 1 week. 50% register= $200/month 

Example 2: recommend 50 people in 1 week. 50% register= $625/month

Membership Enrollment Specialist

We are looking for someone to help us relaunch our membership site by July 1st with 50 additional beta members. 

This position is a good fit for people who: 

  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing. 
  • Are good at building virtual communities (or are willing to learn)
  • Knows how to write marketing copy (email copy, landing pages, etc.)
  • Knows how to launch a product/service
  • Are good at creating partnerships that will aid us in our launch process

 What does our membership enrollment specialist do? 

You will be responsible for creating a launch to enroll members, setting up the onboarding sequence, the program delivery sequence, and off boarding/upsell sequence, and helping to create an incredible experience for our members. 

We will partner to create the plan together, and you will give me direction on what work you need from me to complete this project. 

Ultimately, you will be working in a consulting capacity for this role, with room to grow in the company. 

 

 Compensation:

 You will gain additional experience in building powerful business systems that work. You will be joining a team that is dedicated to helping people take control of their finances. And you will be trained and developed to work with integrity while powerfully producing above average results. 

This is a 30 day project with flexible hours and a $1,175 payout that is based on acquiring 50 new members. If members acquired or more or less, payout will be reflective of that with a minimum pay of $10/hr if membership goals not met.
